Renee Singh was diagnosed with stage 2 Breast Cancer in the year 2017. One day while she was doing a self-examination of her breasts, she noticed a lump on her left breast and, that's how she came across the diagnosis. She was then referred to the Breast Cancer Foundation, where they conducted her biopsy, and the diagnosis was confirmed. She underwent left breast mastectomy, radiation therapy and chemotherapy as a part of the treatment. Her children and her husband were the primary emotional support. Renee says, "Awareness is a must. It is important that caregivers are aware of Do's and Dont's as Cancer journey is unpredictable".
