Jennifer Hoffman Jones was diagnosed with breast cancer. She found a lump in her left breast. She went to the doctor, who advised her to do a mammogram. The reports were positive. She went through 5 months of chemotherapy cycles. She walked, kept herself hydrated, maintained a proper diet plan, and played light music that helped her recover faster. She believes in living in the present and valuing all small things in life. Summing up her journey, she says, "I am much stronger than I realized"
