"Doretha ""Dee"" Burrell is a Breast Cancer Survivor. Even though Cancer does not define her, being a survivor has led her to make it a life goal to support other women diagnosed with Breast Cancer. As Founder/CEO of the Y-U Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc., she could fund Four breast cancer survivors on the separate road to recovery trips. Through her motivational workshops, speaking engagements and media appearances, she advocates for women's health, travelling worldwide to empower with her personal story of resilience, celebration, and triumph along with a message that focuses on renewing mind, body, and soul. She is also the author of the book Open Up the Door and Let Me In and the co-author of Living Your Vision and Purpose, and her journey has allowed her to be featured in both an AARP Life Re-Imagined a Roche Pharmaceutical campaign."
